Past Member To and From Dates: August 2021 – February 2023 (AC-BI Scientist)

Valentina obtained a BSc in Biochemistry at the University Surrey before pursuing a PhD at University College London under the supervision of Prof Stephen Perkins and Prof Paul Dalby. Her PhD research focussed on investigating the structural role of glycosylation in antibodies using analytical ultracentrifugation, small angle X-ray and neutron scattering combined with computational modelling. In August 2021 Valentina joined the PROTAC collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim as a structural biologist and biophysicist. During her spare time Valentina enjoys knitting jumpers, which she will need to shield her from the Scottish weather!
