Profile

Elizabeth joined CeTPD in 2025 as a Cell Biologist within the PROTAC Drug Discovery collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim. Previously, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton, including a year working in R&D at GlaxoSmithKline. In 2015 she moved to the CRUK Manchester Institute to complete a PhD studying fibroblasts in the pancreatic cancer microenvironment under the supervision of Dr Claus Jørgensen and in collaboration with the CRUK MI Drug Discovery Unit. In 2021 she moved to Dr Greg Findlay’s lab in the MRC PPU, Dundee, as postdoctoral scientist researching kinase and ligase signalling mechanisms in embryonic stem cells. Outside of the lab she is interested in baking and cricket.
