I come from Ermesinde a little city near Porto on the North of Portugal. I obtained both my degrees in the University of Porto. My previous works were mainly in the Medicinal Chemistry field, focused on the development of antioxidants and inhibitors of Adenosine and tyrosine kynase receptors. I join the Ciulli Lab due to the multidisciplinary work of this group, and intending to improve my knowledge in the biochemistry and chemistry of the biological systems. Outside of the lab I like to surf the internet, listen to music, and above all the things I like to spend all the time I can with my loving ones.
