My name is Jack Rowan and I am a fourth year undergraduate studying Biochemisty at the University of Dundee. I grew up and went to school around Edinburgh before heading up to Dundee for my undergraduate studies and I am loving it. I am very excited to be here at the Cuilli laboratory for 8 weeks looking into a more chemical focus of PROTAC development as I have enjoyed greatly the more chemistry based aspects of my degree thus far. On the weekends I’ll be sure to be out doing water sports with my friends on the North Sea as well as at a local reservoir.
