Daphné is from Lausanne (Switzerland) where she obtained a Master in Physics (Master thesis project performed on Cell Biophysics at the New York University Medical Center). Daphné has a passion for protein-ligand interactions. After a PhD in Structural Biology at the Swiss Light Source (part of the ETHZ domain) and a first postdoc in Molecular modeling (MD simulations & docking) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, she decided to join the Ciulli group in May 2012 to enlarge her skills in drug discovery. She likes being multidisciplinary in both her work (X-ray crystallography, molecular modeling, biochemical techniques) and private life (music, sports, art, traveling, diverse social activities).
