I joined the Ciulli group as a Senior Technician in February 2022, providing support to the Group’s staff and focussing primarily on Cell Biology techniques. I will be responsible for the Centre’s Tissue Culture and Fermentation Suites as well as the general Cell Biology laboratory when we move to the new Centre for Targeted Protein Degradation later this year. I have worked for the University of Dundee for many years and have been fortunate to work with many different research groups encompassing numerous different techniques which I will use to further the research goals of my new scientific family. There is a beautiful symmetry in having begun my scientific career (many moons ago) at the MSI, to now return to the main campus and be part of this fantastic continuing adventure for the Group, the CeTPD and the University.
