Hi, I’m Anna. Inspired by my herbalist mother, I moved to Dundee in 2016 to study Biological Chemistry and Drug Discovery. I spent the last year on placements: the first in India investigating the green synthesis of gold nanoparticles and the second within the MRC PPU producing COVID proteins during the pandemic. I joined the Ciulli lab for my honours project to gain experience in computational chemistry and fragment-based drug design.
In my spare time, I love getting outdoors; whether it be to go skiing, hiking, canoeing or swimming. I also love to travel.
