Luyao earned her Bachelor of Medicine in Clinical Medicine from Zhengzhou University (China) in mid-2022. She continued her academic training and received a Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (China) in mid-2025. During her graduate studies, she conducted research on the role of senescent cancer-associated fibroblasts in pancreatic cancer progression, focusing particularly on their contributions to tumor immunosuppression and metastatic mechanisms. Outside of research, Luyao enjoys playing table tennis and gaming.
