I am a first year PhD postgraduate student studying at Dundee University, as part of the 4-year MRC PhD Doctoral Training Programme (DTP) in Quantitative and Interdisciplinary approaches to biomedical science (QIBIOMED). My bachelor’s thesis research was conducted in the lab of Professor Tracy Palmer, where I focused on transmembrane protein research. My postgraduate Cancer Biology MRes thesis research was performed in the lab of Dr. Jean-Christophe Bourdon, where I worked on characterizing the relationship between the p53 isoforms and the HPV18 viral proteins E6 and E7.
