Two new papers out this week! Check this out to know more about them!

Our new paper ‘Leveraging dual-ligase recruitment to enhance degradation via a heterotrivalent PROTAC’ which spearheaded by former lab member Adam Bond, along with our collaborators Miquel Muñoz I Ordoño, and Celia Bisbach was published in ChemRxiv on Wednesday this week! Congratulations to Adam, Miquel, and Celia for their hard work in putting this publication together, this has been the culmination of three years of hard work between our group, Georg Winter group at the CeMM and Promega and it’s great to finally see this amazing work getting the exposure it deserves. Congratulations to all from our group involved in this project, including former lab members Nikolai Makhukin and Manjula Nagala, as well as Conner Craigon for his contribution. Special thanks to Gajanan Sathe for helping us with the mass spectrometry analysis.

2. Our paper ‘Combination of AID2 and BromoTag expands the utility of degron-based protein knockdowns‘ showcasing new applications of BromoTag in combination with other tags e.g. DTag and AID2, and as tandem repeat tag to augment targeted protein degradation has been formally published in EMBO Reports today! Congratulations to our collaborator Masato Kanemaki and his team from Japan for their efforts and contributions and courteously including us in this collaboration!! We couldn’t have published this paper without their drive and openness to share!
