Tr 37 is a young star-forming region located at the edge of the Cep OB2 bubble, centered at the O6 star HD 206267. The main population around HD 206267 has typical ages of 4 Myr. The O6 star illuminates a bright globule to the west of the cluster, where younger stars are found.
But the story does not end here: Herschel shows the very hidden population that had even escaped the eyes of Spitzer, a new star born at the tip of the globule. Have a look at it at Herschel/PACS wavelengths (70 and 160 microns, left and right respectively):
