We extend a warm invitation to all authors and co-authors who have submitted an abstract to register and join us for IWWWFB 2024. The registration fee for delegates and students covers the entire workshop from Sunday, April 14th, to Wednesday, April 17th, including:

• Participation in IWWWFB 2024, and book of abstracts
• All meals from lunch on Sunday,14 April to lunch on Wednesday, 17 April, inclusive
• Three nights’ accommodation at Fairmont St Andrews (check-in Sunday, 14 April and check-out Wednesday, 17 April)
• All social events, including the reception on Sunday evening, the Scottish evening on Monday, and the Banquet on Tuesday evening
• Tours of RRS Discovery and the famous V&A Museum in Dundee on Tuesday evening

The registration fee of the partners is inclusive of all of the above as well as:

• Guided tour of St Andrews
• A day trip to Edinburgh
• A day trip to Stirling
• Guided tour of Stirling Castle
• A visit to Kingsbarns Distillery
• All transportation, booking fees, and any meals while out

Online Participation

All presentations at IWWWFB 2024 will be delivered in person, offering an immersive experience for attendees. However, we understand that not everyone can join us physically. That is why we are excited to offer online participation, allowing those unable to attend in person to still engage with the workshop. All workshop sessions and presentations will be streamed online, and remote participants will be able to engage with all discussions. We will be utilizing the Zoom platform for this purpose.

Extra Nights

We have negotiated a very favourable B&B rate to cover up to two nights before and two nights after the workshop at £246.00 for a single occupancy room and £272.00 for a double occupancy room. Should you be interested in staying extra nights, kindly submit your request and payment for additional nights separately. Upon completing your registration, please fill out the ‘Extra Nights’ form below. Once we receive your request, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.

Visa Invitation Letters

If you need to apply for a UK visa, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. We can issue your formal invitation letter if at least one of the following applies:

• You have already submitted an abstract to the conference
• You have already registered for the conference
