Scottish Government: Learning for Sustainability: Young people and practitioner perspectives (2023)
Research undertaken on behalf of the Scottish Government explores the understanding and practices of Learning for Sustainability amongst young people aged 14+ and practitioners in school and community learning and development settings across Scotland.
Community Gardens Beyond Communities
This programme of research focused on the role of local community activism in addressing climate change and related challenges faced by urban centres the creation and development of community gardens. Through a series of participatory and creative workshops, the programme involved the collaboration of policymakers, community activists and academic partners from Scotland, Brazil, Portugal, Nepal as well as USA and Kenya.

The Perceived Value Role and Impact of University of Dundee Botanic Garden on the Community
The research aims to explore the community’s perspectives of the University of Dundee Botanic Garden’s value, role, and impact on the community. The objective of this research is to gain community insight on experiences and perceptions of the University of Dundee Botanic Garden. This includes what impact the Garden is perceived to have on the community and what role and value the garden plays in the community both generally and in relation to environmental issues.
