The 3rd Elite PhD Summer School will take place in July/August 2025 in Harbin, China. Applications will open in early 2025, and the application link will be posted here at that time.
The Elite Summer School provides comprehensive support for admitted students, covering expenses such as international travel, local transportation, accommodation, and daily subsistence, either fully or partially. PhD students (or those already admitted to a PhD program) are encouraged to apply. Students specializing in Ocean Engineering, Coastal/Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines are especially encouraged to submit an application.
Application Requirements:
- A one-page cover letter outlining your background and interest in attending the summer school.;
- A completed Application Form (available in early 2025);
- CV/Resume;
- Academic transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable) from undergraduate studies to the present.
English is the official language of the Summer School. If English is not the primary language of instruction in your PhD program, please provide evidence or a statement in your application reflecting your English proficiency.
