We are particularly interested in how transcription factors drive cell-stage-specific gene regulatory networks through mammalian development. However, the underlying mechanism of this process at the chromatin level remains poorly understood. To address this fundamental question across scales, from atoms to embryos, our group uses an interdisciplinary approach combining genomics, proteomics, biochemistry, and structural biology.
