Please read these guidelines before submitting your manuscript.
1. Length
Full-length articles should be no more than 5,000 words, including tables, figures, footnotes and references.
Reviews should be under 2,000 words, all inclusive.
Research posters should be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 500 words.
2. Title Page
The title page of a manuscript should include the title of your study and the following information about the author(s): name, UoD email address and UoD programme of study.
Please indicate the disciplinary area of your manuscript – Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management or Marketing. If your study is interdisciplinary, please list all relevant disciplines.
3. Abstract
Please provide an abstract of no more than 200 words (except for research posters), summarising the subject of the manuscript and its main findings and conclusions, with 3-5 keywords.
4. Formatting
Manuscript texts should be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins, in 12-point Times New Roman.
5. Referencing
Authors should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition referencing style.
A reference list should appear at the end of the manuscript, but before tables and figures.
6. Tables and Figures
Tables and figures should be on separate pages at the end of the manuscript. A note should be placed in the text to indicate their approximate position, e.g. Table X about here.
All tables and figures should be numbered separately: Table 1, Table 2, etc. and Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.
7. File Format
Manuscript files can be in the following formats: Microsoft Word (.doc or docx), or Rich Text Format (.rtf).
