We invite everyone to contribute to it, in particular we are keen for professionals to consider creating their own resources along with using other\u2019s resources. You will be acknowledged as the author of that resource and we will also have awards under different categories, e.g., most effective transitions practice. Similarly, academics and policy makers are also invited to submit any (freely available) literature and other materials of interest that you own copyright for.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333399\">The library will include information about:<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333399\">&#8211; research articles, including those based on Jindal-Snape\u2019s MMT Theory and<\/span><span style=\"color: #333399\"> XII Pillars\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333399\">&#8211; transitions educational resources (e.g., comics, games, story books), videos and podcasts<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333399\">&#8211; transitions guidance\/policy material<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333399\">&#8211; best practice case studies\/reflections\/learning<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #333399\">&#8211; ask the expert and top tips<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We will also provide guidance and templates for evaluation of your own practice, especially when you have used any educational resources from the Transitions Community Library.
