This recording is intended to be used as part of a programme of professional learning for practitioners to use with their schools communities to take a deeper dive into the principles of effective transitions. A significant part of the professional learning is networking and discussion with colleagues and we would recommend attending the live professional learning sessions to be able to participate in this. If however you are unable to attend, we would suggest working through these activities collaboratively with other schools to learn from and together.
