If the trial shows a possible benefit from the sotagliflozin it is possible that sotagliflozin may become available for people with type 1 diabetes and heart failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope to finish the trial in late 2027 but it may take up to a year before we can publish the results. We\u2019ll send participants a letter with the results once we have them.
