Rudolf Hellmuth is a senior R&D engineer at Vascular Flow Technologies. Rudolf qualified in mechanical engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and continued his education in biomedical engineering at the National University of Ireland Galway, Ireland.
He also worked as R&D engineer designing mechanical ventilation systems, as a programmer for computer vision applications, and as CFD consultant in the medical device industry. During his PhD, he was a visiting researcher at the Hemorheology, Hemodynamics & Artificial Blood Laboratory in the University of Pittsburgh.
