Race Equality Week is a chance to stop, think, learn, and have conversations that really matter. This year\u2019s theme, #ChangeNeedsAllOfUs<\/strong>, is a reminder that progress doesn\u2019t happen on its own \u2013 it takes everyday actions from all of us, in lots of different ways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the University of Dundee Library, we\u2019re marking Race Equality Week by shining a light on books, resources and events that can help you explore race equality, anti-racism, lived experience and social justice \u2013 whether that\u2019s for your studies or your own personal interest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you\u2019ll find in the Library<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During Race Equality Week, there\u2019s a book display in the entrance of the Main Library featuring a selection of titles from our collections. These books cover a wide range of topics and voices, from personal stories to academic research, and are a great place to start if you\u2019re looking to read, reflect, or learn more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also browse a\u00a0carousel of recommended books online<\/a>, showing some of the titles we have available.\u00a0

If something catches your eye, you can find it quickly through\u00a0Library Search<\/a>, check if\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0available online, or see where\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0located\u00a0in the\u00a0Library.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Race Equality Week is being marked right across the University, with events, talks and activities taking place during the week. Rather than listing everything here, the best place to see what\u2019s on (and how to get involved) is the University\u2019s Race Equality webpages<\/a>

It\u2019s well worth a look, whether you\u2019re keen to attend an event or just want to find out more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
