At the University of Dundee, our libraries are more than just buildings full of books – they’re here to support you throughout your studies.

Our Academic Librarian Team can guide you with one-to-one appointments, training sessions, and online resources to help you build confidence in your research and digital literacy skills. You can also use our dedicated Subject Guides to discover the best resources for your subject, learn how to plan a literature search, or get started with tools like EndNote.

We’re committed to making our services accessible for everyone. Working closely with Disability Services and Digital and Technology Services, we ensure all students have equal access to information and learning resources.

If you’re carrying out surveys, our Survey Service Team can help you set up and run your project using the University’s Jisc Online Surveys tool – free to all staff and students.

Alongside this, the library offers a wide range of guides and support – from borrowing, inter-library loans, and postal delivery, to printing, scanning, and even using LapSafe lockers to borrow laptops.

Most importantly, staff at all library sites are always on hand to welcome you, answer your questions (big or small), and support you on your academic journey. That’s what we’re here for!
