For this talk, we had Miss María Elena Ramírez join us from Bolivia. She is the Head of Local Development Projects at Aldeas Infantiles Bolivia – an NGO specialized in children’s rights with a primary mission of comprehensive protection of children and prevention of child abandonment. In this Academic Talk, Miss María Elena will be sharing her experience on working with families at risk during lockdown and how future projects must respond to the needs arising as a result of the pandemic while anticipating the future needs of families and offering effective support.
