Street Food 2019
Thanks to the organizers for making us part of the Street Food public outreach event at Dundee Science Festival 2019 .
This event combines food and drink makers, from Dundee, Angus, Fife and beyond, with University of Dundee researchers to explore the surprising, inspiring ways that research meets food.
We were involved in a stand where DNA extraction from strawberries (with gin!!!) provided an opportunity to discuss our research with the general public. Great fun!!!
