She obtained her PhD from <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Universitat<\/span><span class=\"s5\">Oberta<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> de Catalunya in 2022, focusing on Digital Education Leadership in Higher Education. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s4\"><span class=\"s5\">Deborah currently works as national and international projects coordinator at AUNEGe, the French digital university for economics and management. <\/span><span class=\"s5\">In this capacity and in previous roles, Deborah has been involved in several projects supporting lifelong learning transitions: eLene2learn which explored the role of learning to learn in the transition from secondary to higher education, eLene4work and eLene4Life which focused on soft skills for improving the employability of higher education students<\/span><span class=\"s5\">, and ECCOE which supports the recognition of learning through digital (micro-)credentials<\/span><span class=\"s5\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s4\"><span class=\"s5\">A former<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> Vice-President <\/span><span class=\"s5\">of <\/span><span class=\"s5\">EDEN<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> (European Distance and <\/span><span class=\"s5\">E<\/span><span class=\"s5\">&#8211;<\/span><span class=\"s5\">l<\/span><span class=\"s5\">earning Network), Deborah is an EDEN Senior Fellow and currently serves as <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Vice-chair <\/span><span class=\"s5\">of<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> the EDEN Fellows Council<\/span><span class=\"s5\">Board<\/span><span class=\"s5\">. She is also<\/span> <span class=\"s5\">Secretary of<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> the board of the Media and Learning Association<\/span><span class=\"s5\">, and <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Vice-President of <\/span><span class=\"s5\">l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> des <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Possibles<\/span><span class=\"s5\">, a French association which helps <\/span><span class=\"s5\">the <\/span><span class=\"s5\">disadvantaged realise their potential to participate in society as active and informed citizens. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\"><span class=\"s5\">Arnold, D., &amp; Sangr\u00e0, A.
