Participating in the Project
As part of the “Uncovering the Environment: The Use of Public Access to Environmental Information”, the research team is seeking individuals and public authorities who have experience with engaging the right of access to environmental information to complete a short survey on their experience with the right in Scotland. From those using the right of access to environmental information we are keen to hear from individuals who have attempted to find proactively disseminated environmental information or have submitted a request for environmental information. We are also keen to hear from public authorities who have experience in proactively disseminating environmental information and in responding to requests for environmental information under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
If you are wish to participate in the project as an individual who uses the right of access to environmental information please click here. If you wish to participate in the project as a representative of a public authority, please click here.
The research team will also be organising workshops on the right of access to environmental information for both users and holders of environmental information. Details on these workshops will be made available in due course.
