As part of the ERS-approved Task Force on “Transitioning Adolescents and Young Adults with Bronchiectasis from Paediatric to Adult Healthcare Services,” an initiative led by Child-BEAR-Net and EMBARC, we invite you to participate in this survey as members of the Child-BEAR-Net group.

This survey aims to collect information about the composition of the multidisciplinary team involved in the care of your patients with bronchiectasis. The data gathered will be used to develop statements within the Task Force.

Your input is vital and will help ensure that the Task Force’s work accurately reflects the various practices and approaches in patient care.

The survey is brief, consisting of only 3 questions, and will take less than a minute to complete. We kindly ask for your participation by April 10th.
