The Global Room is a social space on City Campus for all students to relax, meet new people and celebrate cultural events.<\/p>\n

Their drop-in sessions include DUSA Advice, Immigration Compliance, International Advice Team and other student services. The Go Abroad drop in sessions with student ambassadors, promote the value of mobility, encouraging students to work, study or volunteer abroad.<\/p>\n

Throughout the year they celebrate events including Holi, Lunar New Year, Ramadan and St. Andrews Day. They also host discussions, free soup lunches, DUSA society events, social mixers with other areas of the University including external agencies such as Dundee Pride and much more. Some of the images on this page are from a celebration for Tamil, Sri Lankan, Kannadiga and Malayali New Year in April 2025.<\/p>\n
