To calm your central nervous system and shift brain states, you want to do relaxing activities like walking, meditation, and being in nature. These activities\u00a0can improve wellbeing. Allow yourself time to do nothing and just be.<\/p>\n<p>We asked our PGRs to take a second to stop and be present in the moment, and share a photo of their moment.\u00a0 We received so many amazing images.
