Lady Dalhousie – Patron of the          Dundee Botanic Garden Endowment Trust

I am delighted to be involved with the Endowment Trust, which will help secure the future of this wonderful asset for Dundee and the surrounding areas.  The Botanic Garden is a treasure and one of the finest examples of a large scale         garden to be found in Scotland.

The income Generated by the Endowment Trust will                      contribute and support the development, enhancement and annual running costs of the Botanic Garden, investing in the sustainability and future of the garden.  Inspiring community involvement through the development of activities to               promote public engagement.

Trustees

Donald Gordon – Chairman: Retired Solicitor, appointed by the Friends of the Botanic Garden.

Janet Lowe: Retired College Principal, appointed by the University of Dundee.

Malcolm Horner: Emeritus Professor of Engineering Management, appointed by the University of Dundee.

Harry Lawson: Retired Agricultural Scientist, appointed by the Friends of the Botanic Garden

Independent Trustees

Stewart Murdoch: Stewart brings experience as Dundee’s Director of Parks, Communities and the Arts.

Shirley Linton: Director of a private property development company and dedicated fund raiser.  Appointed by the  Dundee Botanic Garden Endowment Trust.
