Jagoda,\u00a0a recent graduate from Dundee University, is an illustrator who worked with us on this project (check her work out at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jagodasadowska.com\/\">jagodasadowska.com<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The cover is entitled \u201c<em>Bumping out of oyster\u2019s aspartic acid<\/em>\u201c. It features a close-up of oyster, one of which is opened to reveal the compound described in our paper.
