He is a Biological Chemistry &amp; Drug Discovery Honours student within <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span> Ciulli lab <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">for<\/span> <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the <\/span>academic year 2025-26, where he is working closely with Dr Roberta Ibba to assist <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span> KOODAC team in <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span>ir ongoing fight against cancers induced by Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase, following on from his summer placement within <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span> MCP group and previous research experience in <em>Cryptosporidium Parvum<\/em>\u00a0in <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span> School of Life Sciences, Dundee.<br \/>\nOutside of his studies, Samuel is <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span> captain of <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span> University Karate Club,\u00a0and unlike o<span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">the<\/span>r members of Chemistry lab four, he is not a Taylor Swift fan \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staff email 2511087@dundee.ac.uk Profile Samuel is originally from Liverpool and spent most of his primary and secondary education there until moving to Dundee for his\u00a0undergraduate studies.
