He conducted his PhD under Prof. Eoin Scanlan at Trinity College Dublin, where he researched glycopeptides and radical-based ligation methodology. During his PhD studies, he travelled to the University of Washington on a Fulbright scholarship to work with Prof. Champak Chatterjee on PROTACs for coronaviruses.<br \/>\nDylan is currently researching small-molecule probes for E3 ligases in the Ciulli laboratory.
