His purpose is to exploit a combination of biophysical and structural studies with fragment based small molecule screening and drug design, to effectively target native multi-protein complexes interfaces. Solution NMR will be used as the main screening tool for the hetero-trimeric protein complex pVHL:EloC:EloB (VCB) and to develop protein-protein inhibitors.
