She then moved to the Chemical Synthesis Centre for Doctoral Training at the University of Bristol for her PhD under the supervision of Professors Craig Butts and Varinder Aggarwal. Her work combined chemical synthesis, computational modelling and NMR spectroscopy to study the 3D molecular conformations of flexible small molecules with high accuracy.
