Explainer Animations by the Oxford Clinical Trials Research Unit

As part of the EXPLAIN initiative, the Oxford Clinical Trials Research Unit has developed a series of animations designed to help people understand clinical trials.

Explainer animations are a simple and engaging way to present key information, helping individuals make informed decisions about whether or not to take part. Please see below for approval information, and the animations.

Approvals
The AEVs have received approval from the Health Research Authority’s Generic Review Committee (GRC) with reference GRCApproval24GR100.

Anonymous usage statistics on the animated explainer videos referenced within this document are collected by the Oxford Clinical Trials Research Unit at the University of Oxford as part of an implementation project.
